At Decathlon, you have the possibility to return an item ordered on our website to one of our stores. Here are the different possibilities available to you:
- Exchange of the product directly in store, depending on the availability of stock in store.
- Refund in cash or on your card.
- Cancellation/adjustment/refund of your invoice (done by customer service).
You can return the items you have ordered online by invoice to a Decathlon store. However, our team in the store cannot refund you directly.
The information is passed on by the store to our customer service, who deducts the returned items from your invoice within a few working days. Please note that we will not send you a new invoice.
