After receiving your package, you have 30 days to pay the amount of your invoice. Once this period has expired, you will receive a reminder from Payolution as well as additional fees to be paid.
If the delivery of your package has unfortunately been delayed, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can extend your payment period!
If your invoice has been paid and all information has been correctly entered, but you still receive a reminder, please send a proof of payment by e-mail to our Payolution department (email@example.com) or our customer service.
Please note that when the payment reference (Payolution Invoice ID) is not indicated in the "Reason for payment" field, your payment will not be recognized and therefore your invoice will remain open. The invoice is due upon receipt of the goods, without deductions, within 30 days.
