Your invoice is due within 30 days after placing your order and is only be sent by e-mail, without a payment slip. In case of late payment, made after the due date, Payolution reserves the right to charge reminder fees. If you do not react to the reminders by e-mail, you will receive the last reminder by post. Without a reaction on your part, the claim will then be handed over to a debt collection agency and will cause negative effects on your creditworthiness and cause further costs.
The amount due has been duly transferred, but I still received a payment reminder:
In some cases, longer delivery times or a return of your products may result in a reminder being automatically sent by the system. If you do not know the reason for a reminder, our team will be happy to assist you.
If you have transferred the invoice amounts of several orders together or have indicated the wrong reason for payment, this can lead to difficulties in the allocation of incoming payments. Your invoice will therefore remain open.
If you have paid your bill on time, with all the necessary information, yet you still received a payment reminder, please send your proof of payment to Payolution (firstname.lastname@example.org) or to our customer service. Please send a proof of payment which shows your IBAN, the recipient and the reason for payment.
I have returned items but still receive payment reminders:
Processing a return can take up to 14 working days. In the meantime, it is possible that a payment reminder is sent automatically. Please also check your return form which you filled in online. If you chose a store credit on your Decathlon customer account, your invoice will remain open. If you are unsure about the reason you received the reminder, our team will be happy to assist you.
I returned my items to my Decathlon store / I accidentally paid my bill at the store:
You can return the items you ordered online by invoice to a Decathlon shop. However, our team at the shop cannot refund you on the spot.
The information is passed on by the shop to our customer service, who deduct the returned items from your invoice within a few working days. Please note that we will not send you a new invoice.
An invoice cannot be paid in the shop. If you have paid in the shop by mistake, please send us a photo of the receipt. Otherwise, the invoice will remain open.
