Do you have an Athleticum gift card with a credit on it?
We offer you the opportunity to exchange your Athleticum gift card for a Decathlon gift card free of charge.
This is how you can exchange it:
- Go to our website and fill in the following form.
- Please fill in all fields so that we can process your exchange request.
- Send your request after filling in your details.
Please note that a gift card is valid for 5 years. After this delay, we cannot exchange your gift card. We will check your account balance and you will receive a new Decathlon Gift Card with the same balance. Please note that this process can take up to 15 working days.
The voucher will be sent in PDF format to the email address provided. You will first receive an automatic order confirmation, then your gift card 2 to 3 hours later. The address in your confirmation will be automatically generated by our system as we don't send cards by post. Therefore, the address on the invoice is not relevant and doesn’t have to match your address.
You can use your new card at the store or when ordering online.
